Instructions for 7 yoga moves for every body












Seven Yoga Moves for Everybody 
and Every Body


1:  Go to your mat or area where you do yoga

2:  Lie down  - this posture is called Sivasana

3:  Legs up the wall.   Viparita Karani is the Sanskrit name for legs up the wall

4:  Extend your arms behind you on the floor








5:  turn your neck to left and then to right then come back to centre

6:  lift each leg off the wall, keep it straight and flex the foot

7:  Final Relaxation in Sivasana
