International Day Of Yoga - Special Yoga Event for Folks Over 50

Wednesday 21st of June-  U.N. International Day of Yoga.  It is also summer solstice (in the Northern Hemisphere).  What a bright ray of sunshine it is to see yoga celebrated in this amazing way.  It truly is so wonderful that globally, yoga is recognized as a healing modality.  Yoga is a powerful way to help heal and connect people to their breath, their body, their mind and their spirit.

I will be celebrating the U.N.  International Day of Yoga 2023  by offering a yoga workshop for new students to my Joint Renewal System of yoga.  Based on both Kaiut and Scaravelli traditions, I offer this joint renewal method to folks over 50 who want to live a long and healthy life.

This is for Folks who don't want to get old and stiff, who want to do something positive about their joints.  And who realise that having healthy joints requires moving in ways that not only extend range of motion but also restore function.

The Joint Renewal System is not  repetative movements like what you might find at the gym, I specialize in differentiation,  and in this method we do not stretch, but apply the pressure and kindness to the parts of the body and joints that hurt, that may be in pain and you come to a deep understanding that awareness, breath, kindess and pressure are the true components for you to heal.

We drop into the origins of yoga and bring it up to date to offer solutions to the western lifestyle diseases and weaknesses of the body and mind.

Deeply relaxing and powerfully transformative the Joint Renewal System is revolutionizing yoga.

Join me on Wednesday 21st June at 2.30pm - the workshop is both on line and in person and you can register here.  https://www.momoyoga.com/kathy-white-yoga/register/
